Who owns the platform?
You do. It is built for you and runs on your own accounts: your domain, your Stripe, your customers and their data. If you stop Care, it keeps running and it stays yours.
Which niches do you build for?
Any business whose customers need video: property, coaching, fitness, education, e-commerce, local services, or software that wants video built in. The one thing we do not build is tools for TikTok Shop affiliates, because that is what Scripts Viral does.
Can it go inside software we already run?
Yes. That is the Bespoke package: your customers make videos inside the product they already use, instead of on a separate site. It is scoped on a call, because every product is built differently.
Why four weeks and not four months?
Because we have built one before and run it every day. The hard parts of a video platform (making the videos, taking payments, credits, refunds, the admin) are problems we have already solved. The four weeks go on what is yours: your formats, your look, and testing them with you.
What does it cost to run once it is live?
Hosting is a small monthly bill at launch and grows with use. The main running cost is video generation, which the providers bill per video to your own accounts, so you see every cost. We set your credit prices together so each video earns more than it costs, and the admin shows both sides every month.
What happens when a video fails, or a provider changes?
A video that fails is refunded to your customer’s credits automatically, and one that stalls is picked back up. Video models change often; with Care, we handle those changes before your customers notice them.
Whose name is on it?
Yours. It is your product, so the site, the emails and the receipts carry your name. There is no “built by” badge.
Are the videos labelled as AI?
They should be when they are posted, and your customers are told so. Every person in the videos is generated, and the platform never presents them as real people.
What if you are unavailable?
Your platform runs on your own accounts and does not depend on us day to day. You also get written notes on how it is set up and how to run it.
How do we pay?
Half when we start and half at launch, by bank transfer or card. Care is billed monthly.
